Hey there, I’m Bill! I was born and raised in the DelMarVa area on the east coast of the U.S., where blue-collar work ethic runs deep and faith, family, and a good crab cake mean something. For most of my adult life, I’ve done what many people do—I worked hard, paid bills, showed up, and tried to stay afloat. My career spanned several industries, but I spent over 25 years in corporate roles tied to insurance and financial services.

At one point, I ran my own business. Things were looking up—until they weren’t. When interest rates skyrocketed, everything changed. The business struggled to stay viable. The financial pressure intensified. And just when I thought I was catching my breath, life hit me with even more.

Over the last 15 years, my family and I have been bombarded with medical challenges, most of which we’re WAY too young for. I’ve personally dealt with a series of debilitating health conditions since 2011. At one point, I even took a bold leap and went back to college in my thirties. I was excelling — top of my class in every class and on track to redefine my future — when I was blindsided by a brain tumor diagnosis. I had to drop out, and to make matters worse, it was too late in the semester for a refund. Talk about adding insult to injury!

But every setback became a stepping stone. And eventually, those steps led me here.
